What we collect
When you request the book, we collect what you type into the form: your name, mobile number, email address, your timeshare developer, and whether you still owe a mortgage on it. We also collect standard technical information automatically (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here) through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel described below.
How we use it
To deliver the book and related information; to contact you by phone, text, and email about your timeshare as described in the consent you give on the form; to answer your questions; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with the law.
Calls and texts
By checking the consent box on the form you agree that Alpha Timeshare Consultants may call or text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on any call.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you: our website host, our CRM and messaging platform, and our phone system. Advertising platforms: we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure whether our ads lead people to request the book. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, and the pages you visit on this site, and may match that to your Meta account under Meta's own policies. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with other timeshare exit companies.
Your choices
You can opt out of calls and texts at any time as described above. You can limit the Meta Pixel through your Meta ad settings or browser tools that block tracking. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, call 888-989-3835 or write to us at the address above. We honor these requests as required by applicable law, including for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
